About VAT:Since Mensys is based in The Netherlands, VAT payment is not required for countries outside the European Union, including the United States of America. If your company has a valid VAT number and is located in the European Union, you are not required to pay VAT either.About shipping & handling:We are required to charge shipping and handling costs per order. For shipments of eComStation to the USA this would normally amount to 10 USD per order. Delivery time is approximately 10 days. Products that are electronically delivered (i.e. by downloading from the Internet) we do not charge these costs.
